Shipping policy

Delivery Policy – Tifl.pk

At Tifl.pk, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Below are the details of our delivery process, charges, and timelines.

Delivery Time
📌 Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📌 Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Major Cities: 4-5 working days
  • For Remote Areas & Villages: 4-7 working days
  • International Orders: 15-20 working days

📌 Pre-Order Products:

Some products on Tifl.pk are available as Pre-Order items. These products are clearly marked with a Pre-Order notice on the product page.

  • Pre-Order items are not eligible for our standard delivery timeline.
  • Dispatch for pre-order products usually takes 10–15 days from the date of order confirmation or payment.
  • If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the order may be dispatched together once the pre-order items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Once dispatched, the shipment will follow our standard delivery timelines based on your location.
  • Any product-specific pre-order timeline mentioned on the product page will take precedence over the general shipping policy.


📌 Unexpected Delays:

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays. In such cases, our team will update you accordingly.


Delivery Charges
🚚 Standard Delivery Charges:

  • Within Pakistan: Starting from Rs. 200 
  • Free Delivery: Available on orders above Rs. 2999
  • International Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout

Order Tracking
📦 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order online using the provided link.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan with the following conditions:
✔️ Customers must pay in cash at the time of delivery. Partial payments are not accepted.

Order Confirmation
📌 For COD Orders:

You will receive a confirmation call or message from our team before dispatch. If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours, it may be automatically cancelled.

📌 For Prepaid Orders:

Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped as per the delivery timeline.
Missed Deliveries & Reattempts
📦 If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will re-attempt the delivery once.
📦 If the order is not received after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you may need to pay additional delivery charges for reshipment.

International Shipping
🌍 For international orders, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
